Support is continually slow to respond to requests and they never really address the concerns I have. I want to buy more services from Starlink and move some equipment to other locations. If they can't provide support to customers trying to spend thousands of dollars, I worry. The starlink service is ok, but the sales support is really poor. My last support request took them two weeks to respond to.

Waiting for shipment of STARLINK 3rd week. Unfortunately estimates of delivery failed. The worst logistics I ever seen, it is not working at all. Order date NOV 19, 2022, estimated shipment date 29 NOV - 5 DEC. today is great day 10 of December, I’m still waiting shipment to Poland.

I would not give any details...what's a superior moment! most beautiful dreams I had in my whole lifetime... this planet needs Elon musk the greatest! He makes humanity proud...I hope the best for you Elon and your family and your team and so on who ever they are!!
